Rebekah Schwandt
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, development, and community engagement, Rebekah is passionate about helping organizations elevate their brand, build meaningful connections, and drive sustainable growth. As Co-Founder of Pinnacle Advancement, she specializes in crafting strategic marketing and development initiatives that amplify impact and foster long-term success.
Before co-founding Pinnacle Advancement, Rebekah served as the Director of Advancement and Marketing for a private education institution, where she led branding, fundraising, and community relations efforts. She has also played a key role in regional economic and nonprofit development through her leadership on the Board of Directors for the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce, where she served as President-Chair.
Rebekah holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Azusa Pacific University and brings a wealth of expertise in marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development. She is committed to helping mission-driven organizations tell their story, expand their reach, and achieve their goals.
Audra Whipple
With over 15 years of experience in development, marketing, and communications, Audra is dedicated to helping organizations grow, engage, and make a lasting impact. As Co-Founder of Pinnacle Advancement, she partners with nonprofits, businesses, and institutions to craft innovative strategies that drive fundraising, brand visibility, and community engagement.
Before launching Pinnacle Advancement, Audra served as the Director of Development and Engagement for a private education institution, leading fundraising initiatives, community outreach, and brand campaigns. She also spent over a decade in executive leadership roles with The Salvation Army, overseeing financial operations, donor cultivation, and large-scale social service programs that served thousands annually. Her work has served private for-profit organizations to international non-profits with initiatives that support communities in need.
Audra holds a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations and business' tell their story, build strong partnerships, and achieve sustainable growth.
